Adobe stod på scen hos Apple och presenterade deras kommande Photoshop app för iPad, appen skulle komma senare under 2019. Än är vi inte där men Adobe gick i dag ut och visade upp en annan app som de kallar Adobe Fresco..
Fresco är en app för att måla och rita. Tillsammans med iPaden så ska vi kunna få en helt ny upplevelse när det kommer till hur levande färgen beter sig i appen.
Adobe själva beskriver det så här:
The result is Live Brushes, which use the artificial intelligence of Adobe Sensei to recreate the behavior of oils and watercolors in an amazingly lifelike way. When you paint with a watercolor Live Brush, you’ll see the color bloom into adjacent areas of the paper. Use red and yellow next to each other and they’ll naturally blend into orange at the border. You can even recreate painting with water to dilute some colors and encourage tints to mix.
With an oil Live Brush, you can slather on a thick coat of paint and see the ridges and brush strokes that give the painting dimension. And you can mix different oil colors together to create a varied swirl of color that no digital color wheel could ever provide.
Enligt Adobe kommer alla de som har rätt hårdvara kunna få rita i Fresco gratis. Vad detta ska betyder med tillgång till alla funktioner vet vi inte än. Men det kan ju tänkas att de med Adobes Creative Cloud kommer få tillgång till än fler funktioner.
När Fresco kommer att lanseras är ännu inte klart men vi kan hoppas att det kommer komma snart tillsammans med en lansering av Photoshop.
