Elon Musk har haft en intervju med Recode och upp på tapeten kom dom omåttligt populära el-scootrarna som har invaderat hela världen.
Här i Sverige kan man hyra el-scootrar genom företaget VOI men även Lime kommer att komma till Sverige inom kort. Elon Musk är däremot inte imponerad av el-scootrarna och tycker dom helt saknar värdighet och han funderar istället på att bygga en elcykel.
Kara Swisher som höll intervjun med Musk håller inte med om att el-scootrarna saknar värdighet och hela deras dialog kan ni läsa nedan:
Kara:”Make a scooter. Make a scooter and I’ll go for it. They actually are electric, what am I talking about?
Musk: I don’t know, there was some people in the studio who wanted to make a scooter, but I was like, “Uh, no.”
Kara: I love the scooter, no, get on the scooter.
Musk: It lacks dignity.
Kara: No, it doesn’t lack dignity.
Musk: Yes, they do.
Kara: They don’t lack dignity, what are you talking about?
Musk: Have you tried driving one of those things? They —
Kara: Yes, I do it all the time, I look fantastic.
Musk: They do not, you are laboring under an illusion.
Kara: All right, well, everybody at Lime, don’t worry, Elon Musk is not coming for you.
Musk: Electric bike. I think we might do an electric bike, yeah.
Kara: All right, perhaps. All right, Elon Musk, thank you very much. I appreciate it.
Musk: That was a pleasure, thank you. It was good to see you.”
