I vintras skrev vi om Jonathan Ive’s symboliska utmärkelse till Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (KBE), och igår befann han sig i sitt hemland England för ceremonin där han dubbades och fick sin titel officiellt. I en intervju med den engelska tidningen The Telegraph kommer lite intressant information fram när journalisten frågar Ive, Apples chefsdesigner, om vilken produkt han helst skulle vilja bli ihågkommen för:
There is the long pause. “It’s a really tough one. A lot does seem to come back to the fact that what we’re working on now feels like the most important and the best work we’ve done, and so it would be what we’re working on right now, which of course I can’t tell you about.”
Vadan kan då denna yet-to-be-seen-produkt vara, som i Ive’s ögon ska trumfa både iPhone och iPad?
